A.) Automatic vacuuming and sealing
1.) Preparing the appliance for operation.
• Completely unwind the power cord from the cord storage.
• Connect the mains plug to a socket. All pilot lamps light up for a short time.
• Lift up the handle for unlocking the upper part of the appliance.
• Open the upper part of the appliance up to the stop.
• The appliance is in standby mode. The pilot lamps above or below of the buttons “Lebensmittel” and
“Pumpleistung” light up.
• Place the filled bag with the open end below the stop
angle in the vacuum chamber.
Note: You can check for the correct positioning of the
bag in the inspection window.
• Then close the upper part of the appliance.
• For locking the upper part, fold the handle down (to position “down“). As soon as the handle is in
the correct position, the first pilot lamp of the status display lights up. The appliance is ready for
operation now.
2.) Selecting sealing time
• By pressing the button “Lebensmittel“, the requested
period of function can be set. The respective pilot
lamp shows the selected setting.
• For dry food, select .
• For humid food, select .

3.) Selecting pump capacity
• By pressing the button “Pumpleistung“, the requested
period of function can be set. The respective pilot
lamp shows the selected setting.
• For pressure-sensitive food the setting .
