Accessory parts
• Please pay attention that the cooking pot as well as the gasket ring might possibly take the smell of the dishes.
• If required, you can purchase an additional cooking pot or replacement gasket ring from your local
dealer and service point.
Connecting the connector plug with the appliance
• Insert the power cord (connector) into the port on the
back of the appliance. Pay attention to a firm and
correct fitting of the power cord.
ATTENTION:
If the power cord is too loose, this may
result in damages at the cable and the plug!
Connecting the appliance to the power supply
• Connect the power plug with a sufficiently secured socket.
The connection of the appliance with the power supply is confirmed by a signal tone.
• There is a short check of the electronics.
The display shows all available indications flashing up for about one second.
• Once the check of the electronics is finished, the appliance is in standby mode.

How to place the cooking pot into the appliance
• Place the cooking pot on the heating plate inside the
appliance.
Make sure that the cooking pot is properly placed on
the heating plate. If necessary, correct the position by
turning the cooking pot.
NOTE:
It is normal for the empty pot to protrude
slightly over the edge of the appliance.
How to fill the cooking pot
• Fill the cooking pot with the desired foods. Mind the minimum resp. maximum
filling quantity.
• Then close the casing cover.
Make sure that the casing cover clicks into place correctly.
