When delivered, all system components
are fully assembled and inspected for
impermeability. Before operating the
system, connect the VC unit control box
with the 4 hoses.
Attach the hose (4) – for the water intake
to the pressure container – to the con-
nection on the Symphonie Aqua VC
control unit (Fig. 1).
Attach the
hose (2) – for the water drain
from the pressure container – to the con-
nection on the VC control unit and attach
this to the pressure container (Fig. 2).
Attach the hose (1) – for the water intake –
to the VC control unit connection and
attach this to the water connection (Fig. 3).
5. Preparation
(The water pressure must have a level of
at least 2 bar or 29 psi.)
Attach the hose (3) – for the water drain
from the VC control unit – to the connection
and attach this to the water drain (Fig. 4).
Finally connect the compressed air hose
(max. 6 bar / 87,02 psi)
(Fig. 5).

During the impression process, all hoses
remain connected to the system.
Lay the empty cylinder at an angle, so that
the venting screw points upward (Fig. 6+8).
