Dismantling 
 

The scooter can be easily and quickly dismantled into five parts for transportation and 
storage. No tools are required. 
Firstly remove the basket and seat as described earlier. 

 
Remove the battery pack 

 

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

 

Locate the release lever as shown below. The lever is sprung, lift it to the vertical position 
‘A’ and while holding the seat post lift the lever upwards ‘B’ and the two parts of the 
scooter will separate. 

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

 

 

To reassemble tilt the rear part 
of the scooter backwards and 
locate the rear frame tube 
into the frame locating lugs 
(shown right). The scooter 

should then click back 
together. Lift the release lever 
to ensure that the locking 
mechanism fully relocates 
and that there is no debris 
fouling the mechanism.
