Using the Function Menu

You can check the memory on your unit,
change the LCD contrast, choose between
three message languages, pick a date format
or delete data using the Function Menu.
1. Press FUNC and then use 

 or 

 to

toggle between the two function menus.

2. Press the number key of the function you

want and press ENTER.

In the first function menu:

•Press 

1

 to check the memory.

•Press 

2

 to change the LCD contrast.

Use 

 or 

 to increase or decrease

the contrast.

•Press 

3

 to choose either English,

French or Spanish as the message lan-
guage.

In the second function menu:

•Press 

1

 to choose the date format.

•Press 

2

 to delete data.

Use 

 or 

 to cycle through the three

DATA DELETION

 menus. Press the num-

ber of the data you wish to delete. Press Y
to delete it or press N to cancel the delete.
