Troubleshooting

Camera cannot power on. 

The batteries may be exhausted. 

 

Replace new batteries. 

 

The batteries are installed incorrectly. 

 

Reinstall the batteries with correct polarities. 

Camera turns off automatically. 

 

Press any button to restore power to the camera.

LCD turns off automatically.   

 

Press any button to turn on the LCD. 

Empty battery icon is displayed on 
LCD and turns off camera quickly. 

Batteries are exhausted. 

 

Replace new batteries. 

LCD display “The Card Requires 
Formatting”. 

Improper formatting of the memory card. 

 

Re-format the memory in the camera.
