Limit Position & Cut Down Position Initialize
This function may solve one of the following errors or problem by re-setting the Limit Position and Cut Down
Position.
- Service Call 0101, 0103, 0105, or 0106
- Scan Motor Error
- Separating knife doesn't go down when Sheet Cut Function is performed
Procedure
Turn on the Sub Power SW while pressing [ ], [ ] and
[ ] keys to enter the Limit Initialize mode.

Remove the Right Cover.
LIMIT INITIALIZE

Gently move the Tool Carriage to right and connect the Tool Car-
riage and the Head Carriage.
Then keep moving the Head Carriage gently together with the
Tool Carriage and lock the Head Carriage.
Confirm that the Head Carriage is locked by pushing it lightly to
left and eliminate the looseness.
If the Head Carriage moves to left smoothly, the Head Carriage is
not locked. Please repeat the procedure again.
