1. VERSION CHECK
This verifies the version of the program.

The version number of the program is displayed on the LCD screen and all LEDs light up.
Verify the version information and the LED colors.

Press to advance to the next test item.
2. DEVICE
* Before entering this test item, insert the USB memory device and SD card.
This automatically tests various devices.

If the test result is OK , OK is displayed for the corresponding device.
If the test result is NG (not OK), NG is displayed for the corresponding
device.
* The test results for Wave ROM are not displayed here. At this 2. DEVICE (p.
20), testing of the entire Wave ROM is started and continues in the background
while the other tests are executed. For the test results, check
20. WAVE
CHECK SUM (p. 25).
If the results of OK have been obtained for all tests, detach the USB
memory device and eject the SD card.
* Detection of the removal of the USB memory device and SD card might take a
short while.
Execution automatically advances to the next test item.
3. USB OVER CURRENT
* This test is not required in servicing.
Hold down SHIFT and press to advance to the next test item.
4. MIDI IN/OUT
This verifies the operation of the MIDI IN and MIDI OUT.

Using the MIDI cable, connect the MIDI IN and MIDI OUT connectors.
When the connection between MIDI IN and MIDI OUT has been
successfully verified,
Connect appears on the LCD screen. When the
connection between MIDI IN and MIDI OUT could not be verified,
Disconnect appears on the LCD screen.
When the MIDI cable is disconnected and confirmation of the
disconnections is finished, execution automatically advances to the next
test item.
