Temperature and Humidity
Maintain the specified temperature and humidity even when the machine is not in use. Temperatures that are too high may
degrade the ink and cause malfunction. Temperatures that are too low may cause the ink to freeze and damage the heads.
During operation : Temperature 20 to 32˚C (68 to 89.6˚F), relative humidity 35 to 80% (no condensa -
tion)
During nonoperation : Temperature 5 to 40˚C (41 to 104˚F), relative humidity 20 to 80% (no condensa -
tion)
Power Supply
This machine requires two 200 to 240 V commercial power outlets (having an amperage of 10 A or more). One outlet is for
the main unit and the feed and take-up units, and the other is for the dryer (drying heater). Be sure to use separate power-
outlet systems.
Installation Space
The space shown in the figure is required in order to use this machine.
