Disconnect the USB cable.

Skipping Test Items

Test items cannot be skipped.

LED Test

Verify that all LEDs are lighted, then press the key for the highest note
(C6).

* Pressing the lowest note (A0) here lets you skip steps

Note, however, that when the main board or panel board has been
replaced, this must not be skipped. In such cases, be sure to press the
highest note (C6).

The pressed button goes dark and the next button lights up.

execution automatically advances to the next test item.

your grip on it.

centimeters, and press the key for the highest note (C6).

The lowest position is set.

2.

Place your hand over the panel at a distance of approximately 30
centimeters, and press the key for the highest note (C6).

The highest position is set.

3.

Move your hand closer to the panel, and verify that the uppermost LED
of the octave indicator lights up.

4.

Slowly move your hand away from the panel.

When the highest position of the D Beam is detected, system
initialization is automatically carried out.

When the Test mode ends, all 6 octave indicators flash.

5.

Disconnect the USB cable.

* Quitting the Test mode without carrying out the D Beam test causes the unit

not to start up in the normal mode. Be sure to perform the D Beam test. If the D
Beam test cannot be accessed, the D Beam is faulty. Replace the part and test it.
