• The product must be packed properly using the original shipping carton,
and returned to ROKSAN or an authorized ROKSAN repair centre. Before
shipping a product to ROKSAN a return authorisation reference must be
obtained from ROKSAN.
• A written description of the defect and photocopy of the original purchase
receipt must also accompany a returned product.
• If these terms are not fulfilled, ROKSAN will not cover the repair costs.
