EXTERIOR CLEANING
Let the kettle cool down before cleaning. Before you clean your kettle, unplug and
make sure all water is poured out from the kettle. Do not immerse the appliance or its
base in water or any other liquid, or hold it under a running tap to clean.
Dry with a clean, dry, soft cloth. Gently wipe the kettle body and base with a damp
cloth. Never use detergents, harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaning agents on your
kettle.
INTERIOR CLEANING
We recommend that you descale your kettle on a monthly basis, Any buildup of scale
causes overheating, which reduces the life of the element, and may trigger the boil dry
safety protection to engage. Limescale may be white, slightly coloured or rust-looking,
but it is normally visible. Kindly note that products returned under guarantee with faults
related to scale will be subject to a repair charge.
Over time, your kettle may experience a build up of limescale. To remove limescale
follow the easy steps below:

Fill your kettle with a mixture of equal parts water and household vinegar or
lemon juice
•
Let the mixture sit in the kettle for 1(one) hour and then boil
•
Pour out the mixture from the kettle and rinse thoroughly with clean water
•
Repeat this last process several times
