Interval
Time interval between the individual chirps. The "Interval" is 150 ms in the figure
above. The pause between the chirps is therefore calculated as follows: "Interval" ‒
"Sweep Time". "Interval" does not influence "Volt RMS".
Selectable only with Play Mode set to "Total Cont".

Prechirp Time
The duration of the chirp signal is extended by this time. The signal starts with a fre-
quency lower than the start frequency but without level fading in.

Filter
One of the user
‑
definable filters in the Filter panel or a weighting filter can be selected.
All level settings apply to the unfiltered signal.

Equalizer
The generator signal is equalized in the frequency domain using the file selected in the
"Equal File" parameter field, see
Chapter 5.7, "Equalization" , on page 279.
DC Offset
A DC offset is superimposed on the generator signal. The DC offset decreases the
maximum AC voltage. The checkbox enables or disables this function. The offset volt-
age can be entered regardless of whether the checkbox is activated; however, it only
becomes effective when the checkbox is activated.
