<caldata>
Writes a binary calibration data set in the memory of the sensor.
Parameters:
<caldata>
<block_data>
CALibration:DATA:LENGth?
Queries the length in bytes of the calibration data set currently stored in the flash mem-
ory. Programs that read out the calibration data set can use this information to deter-
mine the capacity of the buffer memory required.

CALibration:TEST?
The thermal sensors are equipped with an additional test heater. This query returns the
power difference in W between the states when the external heater is switched on and
when it is switched off.

CALibration:TEST:DEViation?
Determines the power difference in W between the state when the external heater is
switched on and when it is switched off.
The relative deviation of the power difference from the reference value stored during
calibration is output which is calculated as follows:
