An extension cord may be used when the power source is
located at a distance. Use an extension cord with proper
length and thickness in order to avoid a reduction of volt-
age. Use the shortest extension cord available.
1. EXTENSION CORD
Inspect the working area according to the safety instrutions in this manual.
2. WORKING AREA
Replace damaged extension cords immediately.

Make sure the power supply corresponds with that of the machine.
3. POWER SUPPLY
Press and release the main switch before use to make sure it functions properly.
4. SWITCH
Avoid accidental starting of the machine by making sure that the machine is turned off
before plugging it in.
5. BLADE GUARD
Always use the blade guard and set it to an angle that provides maximum protection.
The blade guard is designed to protect you from any parts that may
come loose from the grinding wheel or working material. Always use
the blade guard.
6. INSPECTION OF THE CUTTING BLADE
Before use always check wether the cutting blade is mounted correctly. For the
proper mounting procedures see chapter 5.
7. TRIAL RUN
Make sure the machine is working properly before use by making a trial run.
Be aware of bystanders.
