7) Turn the ignition switch (10) to the “ON” position.
(See Fig. D3)
8) For start a cold engine, move the choke lever (11)
to the “CHOCK OFF” position.(See Fig. D4)
9) For start a warm engine, move the choke lever (11)
to the “CHOCK ON” position. (See Fig. D5)
10) With right hand, slowly but firmly pull the recoil
starter handle (6) and rope out until you felt
resistance. Let the rope recoil, then pull briskly.
If the engine fails to start after three pulls, repeat
the start process. When the engine starts, return
the starter rope gently. When operating, the recoil
starter handle could be fixed on the storage for
start handle(4). (See Fig. D6, D7)
11) Once the engine is running, move the choke lever
(11) to the “CHOCK ON” (See Fig. D5).
Stopping the pressure washer
1) Release spray gun trigger and let engine idle for
two minutes.
2) Turn the ignition switch (10) to the “OFF” position.
(See Fig. D3)
3) ALWAYS point gun in a safe direction, squeeze
trigger to release retained high water pressure
and lock the gun.
WARNING:
To reduce the risk of injury,
the operator should use the accessory or
attachment according to the instruction. When the
machine is not in use and to prevent unauthorized
use, the gun should be locked in the “OFF” position.
Usage tips
1) Assemble the machine as described in manual
and switch it on
2) Hold the trigger gun with both hands
3) Direct the nozzle of your chosen attachment away
from yourself and others towards the surface to
be cleaned.
4) Press the trigger and direct the water jet at the
selected object to be washed.
5) Hold the lance the appropriate distance away from
the surface being cleaned to avoid damaging it.
If working on a delicate surface a further away
distance is advised (see below for suggested
cleaning methods)
6) Release the trigger to stop the water jet
7) For most effective cleaning, keep spray tip from 20
to 61 cm away from cleaning surface.
8) If you get nozzle too close, especially using a high
pressure nozzle, you may damage surface being
cleaned.
9) Do not get closer than 15 cm when cleaning tires.
MAINTENANCE
Before performing any inspection, maintenance and
cleaning stop the engine and let the product cool
down.
Inspect the product for damaged or worn parts before
each use. Do not operate it if you find damaged or
worn parts. Contact your supplier or the manufacturer
for replacement parts.

2. WATER INLET FILTER MAINTENANCE
Unscrew the water filter/hose connector from the
front of the machine
1) Use a blunt tool to remove the rubber seal from
the water filter/hose connector.
2) Use a blunt tool to remove the water filter from
within the hose connector.
3) Rinse the parts with clear water before
reassembling.
4) Insert the water filter into the hose connecter in
the same manner in which you took it out in back
into the hose connector using your fingers.
5) Insert the rubber seal back into the water filter/
hose connector.
6) Screw the water filter/hose connector back onto
the inlet on the back of the machine.
3. NOZZLE MAINTENANCE
A pulsing sensation felt while squeezing the spray
gun trigger may be caused by excessive pump
pressure. The principal cause of excessive pump
pressure is a nozzle clogged or restricted with foreign
