Troubleshooting Guide
If you encounter any issues while using the karaoke machine, then please check the following
before contacting the retailer or manufacturer for further help:
No Power
• The p
ower is not on; slide the
ON/OFF/SOURCE switch
to turn power on.
• Confirm that the AC adapter is connected securely to the back of the karaoke
machine.
• Connect the karaoke
machine to a different AC power outlet.
The Karaoke Machine Switches Off Unexpectedly
• The karaoke machine has a power save auto
-off function that will activate
after 10 minutes
of
inactivity (no music playing); this is not a fault.
No Lightshow Effect
• The Lightshow is probably just switched off.
Slide
the
LIGHT
switch to the left to turn on the
lightshow.
No Sound - General
• Correct f
unction, CD+G or Bluetooth® was not selected; select using the
ON/OFF/SOURCE
switch
.
• If using an external device, r
aise the volume.
