Fails to operate

1.  Disconnected/ no power supply
2.  No electrical power supply
3.  Product is switched off.

1.  Connect the product.
2.  Check there’s a 220-240V~ signal with another 

product (such us hairdryer).

3.  Push the power button (on/off auxiliary control).

Low water flow or pressure.

1.  Clogged filter.
2.  Twisted hose.
3.  Nozzle cap is stuck.

1.  Clean water filter (page 14).
2.  Straighten the hose.
3.  Clean nozzle cap (page 12).

Nozzles do not function properly .

1.  Nozzles are dirty. 
2.  Clogged filter.
3.  Water pressure is too low.

1.  Clean the nozzles (page 12).
2.  Clean the filters (page 14).
3.  Adjust water pressure.

Washing feature does not work
or fails to spray.

User not properly seated.

2.  Check that water inlet flow and pressure are 

enough.
