SECTION 3: INSTALLATION
Installation of the System Control and the associated
external electrical

3.1 Preparation
Before installing the System Control, obser

e the

ing:

for the project that identifies clearly the separate
zones.

3.2 Installin

3.2.1
Choose a mo

nting location for the System
Control. It is ad
v
isable to choose a

isible location
near the p

mp.
Do not mount System Control outdoors or in an
area with moisture spray, excessive moisture or
humidity. To avoid dama
g
e from possible drips,
do not mount controller directly beneath pump.

place for refitting after the external

entry into the System Control panel. The knocko

ts
are on the top of the system control case. If the
knocko

ired to be on the bottom the case
can be rotated 180°.

When the case is rotated 180°, the LED stat

s
circ
u
it card needs to be rotated so that the LED's
match the
u
pright co
v
er panel. Remo
v
e the LED sta-
t

s circ
u
it card by sq
u
eezing each standoff gently
w
ith pliers one at a time
u
ntil it is loose. Rotate the
circ
u
it card so that it
w
ill line
u
p
w
ith the
u
pright co
v
er
and re-attach to the standoffs. The ribbon cable that
connects the LED stat
u
s circ
u
it card to the circ
u
it
card assembly
w
ill ha
v
e a t
w
ist in it. Use ca
u
tion not
to ca
u
se any creases or p
u
t any tension to the ribbon
cable
w
hen rotating the circ
u
it card.
