8. Switch the automatic feeder back on and tip out the cleaning water or drain it via the suction
hoses.
9. For rinsing press
. Fill the mixer jar with water and empty it via the suction hoses.
Note:
You will achieve a better cleaning result if for rinsing you also start the mixer interval
by pressing
.
10. Reconnect the suction hoses to the teats and make sure that there is no water remaining in
the suction hoses.
11. Switch the automatic feeder back to automatic mode.

Cleaning the suction hose
To clean the suction hose, a cleaning sponge is pressed through the suction hose with water
pressure using the hose cleaning pistol. Perform the hose suction cleaning as needed.

To clean the suction hose, proceed as follows:
1. Exit automatic mode for the automatic feeder.
2. Remove the suction hose from the teat and hang the end in a container.
3. Undo the cleaning sponge injector from the hose cleaning pistol and insert the cleaning
sponge.
4. Reattach the cleaning sponge injector to the hose cleaning pistol.
5. Remove the other end of the suction hose on the mixer and connect it to the hose cleaning
pistol.
