Travaux préliminaires
-

coller les demi-réservoir 9.1 et 9.2, les apprêter, les 
peindre et les laisser sécher.

-

Apprêter les écrans latéraux 9.10 et

-

la calandre 9.11, les peindre et les laisser sécher.

Montage du réservoir, de la cabine (n° 9.1 à 9.15)
9a

Visser le réservoir 9.1 et 9.2 au châssis 1.1 avec les vis 
six pans creux 9.3, les rondelles 9.4 et les écrous six 
pans 9.5.

9b

Coller la cabine 9.6 de l’intérieur à la paroi arrière 9.7

-

Coller les segments de garde boue 9.8 et 9.9 à fleur à 
l´intérieur.

-

Peindre la cabine 9.6 à 9.9 et la laisser sécher.

-

Planter les écrans latéraux 9.10 dans la cabine et les 
coller de l’intérieur.

-

Coller la calandre 9.11 à la cabine et retirer la peinture 
des emplacements où est appliquée la colle.

9c

Marquer la position du support 9.12 selon les indications 
du schéma de la cabine (schéma sans paroi arrière)

9d

Planter l’écrou 9.13 dans le support 9.12, l’y bloquer 
avec de la colle cyanoacrylate et le coller à la cabine.

9e

Couder l’antenne rigide 9.14 selon les indications du 
schéma 9f et l’engager dans la cabine

9g

Raccourcir l’antenne souple du récepteur d’environ 
500 mm, installer la gaine isolante, souder le connecteur 
d’antenne 9.15 et glisser la gaine isolante en place.

-

Souder la douille du connecteur d’antenne 9.15 à
l’extrémité de l’antenne rigide 9.14, mettre la gaine 
isolante en place.

-

Planter l´antenne rigide dans la cabine et le coller par 
points.

-

raccorder l’antenne rigide au récepteur.

Preparation
-

Glue the fueltank shells 9.1 and 9.2 together. 
Prime the tank 9.1 - 9.2, the corner fairings 9.10 and the
radiator grille 9.11, paint them and allow to dry

Fitting the fueltank and driver’s cab (parts 9.1 - 9.15)
9a

Fix the fueltank 9.1 - 9.2 to the ladder frame 1.1 using 
the socket-head cap screws 9.3, washers 9.4 and 
hexagon nuts 9.5.

9b

Glue the driver’s cab 9.6 to the back panel 9.7, 
applying glue from the inside.

-

Glue the mudguard sections 9.8 and 9.9 to the cab 
flush on the inside.

-

Paint the driver’s cab 9.6 - 9.9 and allow it to dry.

-

Fit the corner fairings 9.10 in the driver’s cab and glue 
them in place from the inside.

-

Glue the radiator grille 9.11 to the driver’s cab after 
removing the paint from the joint areas.

9c

Mark the position of the holder 9.12 in the driver’s cab 
as shown in the illustration (shown with rear panel 
removed).

9d

Press the captive nut 9.13 into the support 9.12, 
secure it with a drop of cyano glue and glue the
support in the driver’s cab.

9e

Bend the whip aerial 9.14 to the shape shown in the 
drawing 9f and slide it into the driver’s cab 

9g

Cut down the flexible wire aerial attached to the
receiver by about 500 mm and strip the end. Solder 
the plug of the aerial connector 9.15 to the bare end 
and slip the insulator over it.

-

Solder the socket of the aerial connector 9.15 to the 
end of the whip aerial 9.14 and push the insulator into 
place.

-

Fix the whip aerial in place with several drops of glue.

-

Connect the whip aerial to the receiver.
