The conjunction of the stove to the flue must be
as short as possible and must not have horizontal
or not much inclined parts. The counterslope parts
are forbidden and must be absolutely avoided.
Near the conjunction, inflammable materials must
not be present. The conjunction must not go inside
the flue. To increase the safety of the conjunction,
we suggest to install a washer on the wall being
sure that the connection between the washer and
the chimney is walled and well sealed. Also the
connection between the stove and the conjunc-
tion must be fixed and sealed.
X Range wood fired stoves are endowed with a
standard upper flue outlet. X Basic and X Vision
models have also the predisposition for the rear
flue outlet. For X Plus and X Chef the flue outlet
is only upper.
On X Plus Range models it is possible on demand
to insert accumulation rings in refractory material
in order to guarantee a slow release of heating also
after the combustion is over.
For the mounting phase it is necessary to remove
the cap of the stove. Then, insert the three rings
(each one of them composed by two halves) posing
them one above the other, as in picture 9.
