Head or foot position adjustments (1 & 2)

Press the UP 

  or DOWN 

  arrows on the "H" and "F" buttons to raise or lower the head or foot sections of your 

adjustable bed.

Press the UP 

  or DOWN 

  arrows on the "T" button to raise or lower the head and 

foot sections together.

NOTE: 

Make sure your bed is in a flat position before using it. Press the Flat button on the remote control after 

plugging in the power cord.

Press this button to activate the flashlight on the remote control. Press the button again to turn the flashlight off.
