REFILLING THE HYDRAULIC CIRCUIT WITH OIL

Il ripristino dell'olio del circuito oleodinamico si rende necessario dopo un lungo periodo di lavoro, quando si avverte
un calo nel serbatoio.
The hydraulic circuit needs to be refilled with oil after a long period of work, when you notice a reduction in the tank.
Procedere quindi come segue (vedere Figura 7.3 – A):
Scollegare l'attrezzo all'aria compressa;
Svitare il tappo (
A
);
Rabboccare olio (
B
) fino a 3/4 del serbatoio;
Riavvitare il tappo (
A
);
Collegare l’attrezzo all’aria e azionare alcuni cicli a vuoto e accettarsi che il circuito sia pieno d’olio senza
formazione di bolle d’aria altrimenti il pistone non fa tutta la corsa, quindi posizionare l’impugnatura ad un livello
inferiore del box e svitare la vite di spurgo che si trova nel modulo (
C
).
L’olio inizia ad uscire per gravità con consistenza omogenea e non devono essere presenti bolle d’aria.
Riavvitare la vite.
Nell'effettuare le suddette operazioni è necessario essere muniti di guanti.
Non
disperdere l'olio sostituito nell'ambiente, ma avvalersi delle ditte autorizzate al suo smaltimento.
Attenzione: in caso di perdite accidentali di olio che dovessero venire a contatto con la pelle, lavarsi
accuratamente con acqua e sapone alcalino
.
Proceed as follows (see Picture 7.3-A):
Disconnect the airline from the tool inlet.
Remove cap (
A
).
Fill with oil (
B
) up to 3/4 of the tank.
Screw the cap (
A
).
Connect the tool to compressed air line and start up a couple of idle cycles
;
make sure that the circuit is full with
oil and that no air bubbles are left inside otherwise the piston does not complete the stroke, then place the handle
lower than the box and loosen the bleed screw in the module (C).
The oil begins to come out by gravity with smooth consistency, and no air bubbles must be there.
Replace the screw.
Wear gloves when managing the oil.
Do not
throw the old oil outdoors but hand it over to an authorised waste disposal centre.
Warning!: if you should accidentally spill oil on your skin, wash and rinse thoroughly with water and alkaline soap
