ATTENTION ADULTS: Cabinet should be checked periodically for damage or loose
screws/parts. Take appropriate action necessary to correct hazards such as tightening
of screws and taking any damaged parts away from children.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
Wipe clean with a water dampened cloth. Wipe dry with clean cloth.
WARNING Please make sure your item is
secured to the wall, per assembly instructions.

1. Slide drawer into cabinet by sliding drawer slides (Q) into grooves on the drawer left side
panel (14) and drawer right side panel (15). Pull drawer out and adjust drawer slides (Q) to be
fully extended against drawer front board (13). Insert 2 machine screws (R) through holes on
drawer left side panel (14) and drawer right side panel (15), then tighten to drawer slides (Q).
2. Insert 8 shelf holders (H) into holes on left side panel (2) and right side panel (3). Make sure all
4 shelf holders (H) are at same height.
3. Place 2 shelves (8) onto 8 shelf holders (H).
