Step 11.
Insert Rotation Shaft (1) through the hole on (R ) Lifter Rack (9), put in the Stop Collar (30) with a
M6X12 Bolt (D) and screw in loosely, then pass through the hole on (L) Lifter Rack (8). Put on Insulation
Washer (H) and M16 Lock Nut (G) at the rear end of the shaft (1) loosely. Assemble Ratchet Wheel (2) with a
M16X12 Bolt (A) and the Flywheel using M6X25 SS Bolt (B) accordingly. Screw in the Flywheel Handle (4) to
the Flywheel (3) tightly with screw driver and insert the R Pin (N) to the rear end of the Flywheel Handle (4).
Assemble the Check Lever (6) and Check Lever Collar (L) with the Step Screw (K) and lock up with the Cap
Nut (M). Hook up the Check Lever Spring (5) with Check Lever (6) and (R ) Sliding Pillar (31). Fix the chain of
the Security Pin (33) on the (R ) Lifter Rack(9) with a M6X12 Bolt (A).
