Create three post assemblies by adding post-bottom #4FA floor anchor brackets and post top #4HL hex elbows to three 

posts of equal lengths. 

See section 1.9.1

 and 1.9.2 Create two post assemblies by adding post-bottom #4FA floor anchor 

brackets and post top #4C1L elbow brackets.
