way as to enable the plastic part to be joined under optimal
conditions.
The horn surface may have a coating for abrasive plastics for
longer service life.
RINCO has a long record and a lot of experience in horn
manufacture.
Horns that are manufactured without the necessary theoretical
and practical experience are bound to lead to unsatisfactory and
poor welding results and hence to inferior product quality.
In some cases the vibration system and generator
may be damaged.
The horn must be fastened with a tightening torque of
15 - 25 Nm.
