Consider chemical products!
- NEVER USE with foodstuffs or drugs.
Keep tools in a safe place:
- The tools not in use shall be placed in dry and sheltered place;
- Keep out unauthorised people and in particular keep out of children
’s reach.
Keep the equipment carefully:
- Keep the tools clean and always efficient in compliance with operation and maintenance instructions;
- Never use the spray gun in a place subject to explosion-proof rules;
- No source of ignition, such as free flames, lighted cigarettes or cigars, sparks, cables or white-hot objects, overheated surfaces,
etc., shall be present in the environment where the equipment is used;
- Make sure that the environment is adequately ventilated during use and outdoor pay attention to the direction of the wind;
- The operators shall never forget to wear the proper protections while spraying (masks, goggles, gloves, protective clothes,
etc.);
- Use original spare parts only;

9. COMMISSIONING .

Fill in the tank with the product to be used.
- Connect the turbine air hose with the spray gun through (2) and set minimum pressure on the turbine,
then increase it progressively so to achieve the pressure needed to spray the product.
The spray gun should only be used with the turbine RIGO TMR series to avoid any breakage or malfunction of the
parts inside the spray gun.
10. REGULATIONS TO OPTIMISE THE APPLICATION OF MATERIALS .
Air flow rate:
- Turn the regulator (2) to the right = to increase the air quantity
- Turn the regulator (2) to the left = to decrease the air quantity
Air pressure:
to adjust the air pressure act on the turbine power setup, set it first at minimum and then increase it progressively until the
correct pressure needed to spray the product is reached.
11. MAINTENANCE .
To make sure that the spray gun will perfectly work all over the time, clean it at the end of each work cycle to prevent any
product residue from drying inside.
For a better cleaning:
MIL PLUS
: after use pour clean water or detergent suitable for the type of product in use into the tank, shake the tank/spray
gun and spray (repeat the operation until it is perfectly clean).
Keep the equipment clean and always efficient by observing the instructions for operation and maintenance.
NEVER USE SHARP METAL OBJECTS TO CLEAN CLOGGED HOLES BECAUSE THEY MIGHT DAMAGE THE SPRAY GUN

12. RECOMMENDATIONS IN CASE OF MALFUNCTION (*) .
