If the unit has been inactive for a lengthy period of time
and the

MIXER VALVE

is stuck, activate the lever in the motor

by hand, in order to release the gate in the valve.

To set the parameters for working with the

BAG

3

 MIX FAMILY

COND

Access the boiler’s programmable parameters as indicated
in the “programming parameters” chapter of the boiler’s
instruction manual.

Heating mode

Select parameter 20 (heating mode), choose option 6 (

BAG

3

MIX FAMILY COND

) and confirm it.

Responsiveness of the external sensor

Select parameter 65 (responsiveness of the external sensor)
to suit the needs and characteristics of the installation, as
described in the boiler manual.

CONFIGURING THE HIGH TEMPERATURE CIRCUIT
To activate the high temperature heat regulation function

Select parameter 44 (heat regulation function) and check
that the factory setting is 1 (AUTO).
If not, select the value 1.

To activate the slope on the high temperature circuit
climatic curve

Access parameter 45 (slope on the climatic curve) and
choose one of the curves available as the climatic curve to
be used for the high temperature system (see graph) to suit
the installation characteristics and the climatic conditions
in the geographical area (see the “setting heat regulation”
paragraph in the boiler manual).

Selecting the MAX Set Point for the high temperature
circuit heating

Access parameter 21 (

MAX Set Point

) and select the value

chosen to suit the needs and characteristics of the instal-
lation and the climatic curve set previously (also see the
boiler manual).

Selecting the MIN Set Point for the high temperature
circuit heating

Access parameter 22 (

MIN Set Point

) and select the value

chosen to suit the needs and characteristics of the instal-
lation and the climatic curve set previously (also see the
boiler manual).

CONFIGURING THE LOW TEMPERATURE CIRCUIT

Access the parameters again using the password, 53.

To activate the low temperature heat regulation function

Select parameter 46 (heat regulation function) and check
that the factory setting is 1 (AUTO).
If not, select the value 1.

To activate the slope on the low temperature circuit cli-
matic curve

Access parameter 47 (slope on the climatic curve) and
choose one of the curves available as the climatic curve to
be used for the high temperature system (see graph) to suit
the installation characteristics and the climatic conditions
in the geographical area (also see the boiler manual).

Selecting the MAX Set Point for the low temperature cir-
cuit heating

Access parameter 31 (

MAX Set point

) and select the value

chosen to suit the needs and characteristics of the instal-
lation and the climatic curve set previously (also see the
boiler manual).

Selecting the MIN Set Point for the low temperature cir-
cuit heating

Access parameter 32 (

MIN Set point

) and select the value

chosen to suit the needs and characteristics of the instal-
lation and the climatic curve set previously (also see the

3.3

Three way mixing valve

3.4

Programming parameters

boiler manual).

SETTING THE HEATING TEMPERATURE WHEN USING HEAT REG-
ULATION

If heat regulation is active for the low temperature system,
or if heat regulation is active for both the systems, the
temperature value can be increased or decreased compared
to that calculated automatically by the board’s electronics.
Alter the heating encoder. The correction factor can be
chosen between comfort levels -5 and +5.

SETTING THE HEATING TEMPERATURE WHEN HEAT REGULATION
IS EXCLUDED (FIXED POINT OPERATION)

If heat regulation is not activated for either system, pro-
ceed as follows:

Selecting the Set Point for the low temperature circuit
heating

To select the

Low temperature circuit heating set point

alter the heating encoder directly.

Outside boilers

Configure Family REmote control setting parameter “assign
installation” to the value 2.
Family REmote Control will control the low temperature
mixed installation.
The high temperature direct installation will be controlled
by an ambient thermostat connected to M6 (boiler board).

To set Family REmote Control on direct high temperature
installation, set parameter “assign installation” to the value
1. The low temperature mixed installation will be controlled
by an ambient thermostat connected to CN1 of BE08.

To control both installations with ambient thermostats it
is necessary to configure Family REmote control as “boiler
control” and connect two ambient thermostats, one on M6
and the other on CN1.

Parameters 51 and 52 must be setted on 0 value.
