# Instructions for transporting warm food. thermoport

Bring
thermoport

to temperature in the
heating cabinet
with the lid open if necessary,
or:

Pour a maximum of 2 cm warm water (2 litres) into the
thermoport
®
. The GN containers should
not float.
➢
NOTE.
thermoport
®
105L
(heatable) must be heated with sufficient water, otherwise the
appliance will be destroyed.
➢
Heat the closed
thermoport
®
for
30 to 45 minutes
.

The internal temperature will then be around 85 °C, thermostat-controlled.
# Instructions for transporting cold food.
•
Bring
thermoport
®
to temperature in the
refrigeration cabinet
with the lid open if
necessary.
•
Keep cold at +2 °C to +8 °C for appropriately pre-chilled food with the lid closed.

Only use chilled food. Place food as cold as possible in GN containers; the temperature of the food
should not 7 °C.
➢
Use cooling pellets, ice or cold water.
