KNOW YOUR RECIPROCATING SAW

See Figure 1.

Before attempting to use this product, familiarize yourself
with all operating features and safety rules.

TOOLLESS BLADE CLAMP

Your saw has a blade clamp design that does not require the
use of a tool (blade wrench) when installing or removing the
blade. Simply lift blade clamp lock / release lever, located on
side of saw, insert blade between blade clamp and saw bar
as far as possible, then release lever to lock position.

LOCK-OFF BUTTON

Your saw is equipped with a “lock-off” button which reduces
the possibility of accidental starting. The lock-off button is
located on the handle above the switch trigger. You must
depress the lock-off button to pull the switch trigger. The
lock resets each time the trigger is released. You can depress
the lock-off button from either side.

HEX KEY STORAGE

The  hex  key  storage  area  is  located  on  the  base  of  the
saw.

SWITCH TRIGGER

The switch trigger is conveniently located on the handle of
the tool.

VARIABLE SPEED

This tool has a variable speed feature that delivers higher
speed with increased trigger pressure.

CHARGER

Your charger has a “key hole” hanging feature for convenient,
space-saving storage. Screws should be installed so that
the center distance is 4-1/8 in.
