OPERATION

Turn the on/off switch to the ON position.

Let the cutting wheel build up to full speed and wait for
the wheel to get wet before moving the motor head.
 Hold the motor head firmly by the handle.

Move the material into the desired position for cutting.
 Hold the sliding table and frame firmly, and slowly lower
the motor head toward the material to make the cut.

Raise the motor head.
 Turn the on/off switch to the
OFF
position.

Slide the table away from the motor head and position
the work material for the next cut.
MAKING GARDEN PAVER CUTS
See Figures 47 - 50.
To cut garden pavers up to 3-1/2 in. thick:
 Measure paver to determine how much material needs
to be removed.

Using a marker or grease pencil make a mark all the way
around the paver to mark your cut.

Place the material on the table and firmly against the miter
guide and fence.
NOTE:
It may be necessary to remove side splash guard
to make room for paver cut.

Make sure the material is clear of the cutting wheel before
turning on the saw.

Turn the pump switch to position I or II .
 Turn the on/off switch to the
ON
position.

 Let the cutting wheel build up to full speed and wait for
the wheel to get wet before moving the material into the
wheel.

Hold the material firmly against the miter guide and fence,
move the sliding table and frame toward the end of the
saw, and slowly feed the material into the cutting wheel.

When the cut is made, turn the saw OFF . Wait for the
cutting wheel to come to a complete stop before removing
any part of the material.
To cut garden pavers between 3-1/2 in. and 4 in. thick:
NOTE:
This method of cut is for garden pavers between
3-1/2 in. and 4 in. thick. Do not attempt to cut pavers that
are larger than 4 in. thick.
 Measure paver to determine how much material needs
to be removed.

Using a marker or grease pencil make a mark all the way
around the paver to mark your cut.
 Push down on the “D” handle and pull out the lock pin.

Place the material on the table and firmly against the miter
guide and fence.
NOTE: It may be necessary to remove side splash guard
to make room for paver cut.

Loosen the motor head lock knob on the side of the motor
head.

Position the motor head high enough for the material to
pass through the cutting wheel and low enough for the
cutting wheel to cut through most of the paver.

Lock the motor head in position.
