3.2 Supervisor-I user registration procedure
After installing the Data collector, register your email address and user information
to use Supervisor-I functions. This section explains the procedure for the
registration.
3.2.1 Registration of email address
1) Start the Data collector and select “Basic setting”.
2) IP address of a printer is set automatically by linking with ColoGATE RIP.
In the case you don t use ColorGATE RIP, please set IP address.
3) At the bottom of the Basic setting screen, there is a “Email address” area
where you (a print shop) can set your e-mail address. Register your email address
to create an account on the Supervisor-I. After entering your email address, click
the “Save” button.
* Please note that email address cannot be changed after the registration
so check the email address is correct.
* This email address would receive alert notifications from RICOH Supervisor-I.
