Supplementary Explanation on the Adjustments to Prevent No-feed and 
Double-feed Jams in the Vacuum Feed LCIT 
 

The vacuum feed LCIT is capable of feeding a versatile range of media, but is also 
susceptible to paper curl by the nature of its mechanism of blowing air to separate the 
sheets.  This bulletin provides explanations on the adjustments to prevent double-feed and 
no-feed jams, especially caused by paper curl.  The main jam codes are as follows:
