Q: What is the AA filter Simulator function?
A: By using the camera’s SR II mechanism to apply microscopic vibrations to the image sensor, the AA
(anti-aliasing) filter simulator effectively minimizes moiré and false color along the image’s edges, which
are common problems when shooting subjects with minute patterns.
Low
Takes images while balancing the resolution and moire reduction.
High
Prioritizes the moire reduction.
Bracketing (Off, High)
Takes consecutive two images in order of [Off] and [High].
Bracketing (Off, Lo, High)
Takes consecutive two images in order of [Off], [Low] and [High].
