Firmware modified to correct the following:
1. When using Signature level 2 on a NetWare Server, the printer does not
connect to the NetWare Server.
2. When printing out using a CICS application from an IBM mainframe (e.g.
AS/390), the printer is only able to output one job due to the lpd protocol that is
unique to CICS.
3. When 50 or more lpq/lprm commands (w/arguments) are executed from the
time the printer is turned on, the lpd process at the printer side is interrupted
and the job is not printed out.
