• Controller board/software defective
• The connection between the controller board and engine board is
faulty.
• Engine board/software defective
• Check the connection between the controller board and engine
board.
• Turn the main power off/on.

Incorrect remote service ID2
If the serial number*1 for producing ID2*2 has any of the following
problems:
• Blank
• Contains control characters
• Cannot be read
*1: The serial number refers to "Machine Serial Set" (SP5-811-001).
*2: ID2 refers to "Machine No. Setting" (SP5-811-003).
• The serial number was not specified at the factory.
• The NV memory is corrupted and cannot be read.
• The NV memory has been corrupted while writing data into it.
• Turn the main power off/on.
If the problem persists, the hardware is faulty.
