Front Wire Replacement

Insert the red (upper tray)/black (lower tray) bead [A] of a new wire

into the slot of the drive pulley [B] and wrap the wire around the

drive pulley twice counterclockwise.

String the wire over all pulleys except, the tension pulley [C], wrap-
ping the wire around the friction roller drive pulley [D] 5 times
counterclockwise.

Wrap the other end of the wire around the drive pulley 2.5 times
counterclockwise and insert the bead into the slot of the drive pul-

ley.

Insert the two support beads [E] into the slots of the  lift  rods [F].

String the wire over the tension pulley.

Reinstall the friction roller drive gear assembly [G] and the wire
tensioner spring.

Confirm that the wires are not crossed and that the bottom plate moves
down by itself after being lifted manually.

Reinstall the tray motor.

Tighten the wire tensioners

Confirm tray operation.
