Formatting the SD Memory Card
Formatting the SD card will erase all the images on the SD memory card. Be sure the SD memory card is properly inserted
into the camera before formatting it.
1.
Set the mode dial to the
5
mode, the M
5
mode or the
6
mode.
2.
Press the
D
button.
3.
Select [FORMAT] by using the
!
or
"
button, and then press
the OK button.
4.
"FORMAT?" message appears on the image.
Use the
#
or
$
button to select [YES], and press the OK but-
ton.
If you want to cancel the action, select NO.
5.
If you select YES, the "FRAME NO. RESET" message
appears.
To reset the frame number, use the
#
or
$
button to select
[YES], and press the OK button.
If all images are deleted, [NO IMAGE!] pops up.
