Initializing the Developer Bias
A new toner cartridge is detected by the new
toner sensor and developer bias is initialized
automatically.
If a previously installed toner cartridge
(containing sufficient toner) is installed, you
must force development bias initialization.
Refer to the FSM for the procedure and for other
details.
