To use the Default ID function, check that

is selected, and then

]

To cancel Confidential Transmission, press

]
. The display returns to

To use the Override ID function, select

, enter the Confidential
ID (4-digit number) using the number keys, and then press

OK
]

lighted

If you make a mistake, press

Clear

or the

Clear/Stop

key before pressing

]
, and then try again.
To cancel Confidential Transmission, press

Specify the destination, and then press the

It is recommended that you program the Confidential ID in this machine
beforehand.

An ID can be any 4-digit number (except 0000).

If the destination machine is not of the same manufacturer, you can use
Confidential Transmission with “SUB Code”.

You can cancel the transmission setup for Confidential Transmission. See
“Before the Transmission Is Started”.
