Put I n The Batteries (type I  M odel Only)

All fax messages stored in the memory may be erased if power is switched off. If
you wish to avoid this, please put two batteries into the machine.

NOTE: Do not turn on the machine.

1 Open the battery cover on the bottom of

the machine.

2. Put in the batteries making sure the ter-

minals are the right way up. See the dia-
gram.

3. Replace the battery cover.
