Prompts  Ensure 
Operator Consistency

It’s a snap! Using the full alphanumeric  
keyboard, program up to 10 different prompts 
to direct operators in kitting or complicated  
applications. Prompts are displayed until the 
operator enters the correct information and 
presses an assigned function key. Through intui-
tive programming, operator prompts  
enhance any application by decreasing errors 
and increasing task efficiency.

A vivid, backlit, dot matrix LCD displays 
weight, unit weight and quantity values, and 
a second line shows alphanumeric informa-
tion. This two line display provides all data 
on one screen.

Performance on Display

The DC-300 instructs the operator to enter the part number and then place the parts on the scale. 

The procedure can continue with further prompting (up to 10 prompts total) for accumulation, print-

ing a label, and removing parts from inventory for report generation. Tare and unit weight can be 

stored for each part, making the procedures even more efficient.
