resolution of 1,000,000, it is capable of
processing a wide range of piece sizes with
just one scale. Weigh parts as small as
.4536 mg (.000001 lb) up to an accumu-
lated total of 50 lbs. And if that’s not
enough, just add a bench scale or floor scale
for even greater capacity.

demands, 2 MB of memory allow operators
to store inventory data for an entire
business (up to 4,000 items). The DC-300
stores 13 memory fields for each item
including ID codes, part numbers, piece
weights, tare weights, lot numbers,
inventory balances, vendor information,
and more. Best of all, the information can
be recalled with the press of a key.

Negative counting tracks the number of
pieces being removed from a bulk
container. Whether using a DC-300
alone or in combination with a floor scale,
the negative counting feature means items
can be removed without manual track-

The DC-300’s versatile setpoints are

operator speed. A first tone signals the
target value is approaching and a second
tone confirms the target is achieved.
Operators only need to listen for the tone
during filling instead of watching the
display which optimizes efficiency in
kitting or large piece counting applica-
tions. There are four different setpoint
options including quantity, percentage
quantity, weight and percentage weight.
