CAUTION: Unplug the heater and allow it to cool before servicing.
Removing the back panel allows for easier access to the internal components of the heater and is
necessary to replace some components. WARNING: The edges of the heater panels can be sharp. Use
caution when handling.
1. Remove the heater from the cabinet as shown in Section II, B and C, on pages 8 through 11.
2. Remove the top panel as shown in Section III, A, on page 23.
2. Remove the 6 screws from the panel. There are 3 on each side. (Fig. A)
3. Use needle nose pliers or a flat screwdriver to squeeze the tabs on the sides of the internal harness
connector and push it in through the panel. (Fib. B)
4. Pull up on the panel and let it drop to the side. (Fig. C and D.)
