CAUTION: Unplug the heater and allow it to cool before servicing.
1. Remove the heater from the cabinet as shown in Section II, B and C, on pages 8 through 11.
2. The indicator light is mounted on one side of the vent. Remove the screw on top of the indicator
mount (Fig. A.)
3. Remove the screw on the bottom side of the indicator mount (Fig. B)
4. Remove the ground screw located on the outer wall of the heater underneath the indicator mount
(Fig. C.)
5. Disconnect the leads to the indicator light. See page 6 for easy disconnect instructions. Use needle
nose pliers to squeeze the tabs on the indicator light while pushing it out through the bracket (Fig. D)
6. Insert new indicator from outside in.
7. Reconnect the leads and coil the wires back into the indicator enclosure. Secure the ground screw to
the heater wall and reinstall the indicator mount using the two screws.
