IN CASE OF ISSUES
PROBLEM
CHECK
SPARK Wi-Fi does not work.
Check the batteries and replace them if necessary.
The red DL7 LED on the SPARK Wi-Fi card flashes continuously every five seconds.
Batteries are dead, replace them.
SPARK Wi-Fi flashes and the motor does not move the door.
Check photocells and edges to make sure they are not engaged, defective or have dead
batteries.
During operation SPARK Wi-Fi emits two consecutive flashes followed by a two-second
pause.
Batteries dying in one or more safety devices memorized on the MASTER Wi-Fi (NOVA Wi-Fi
photocells - TOUCH Wi-Fi edges).
Replace dead batteries with new ones.
