ANEMOMETER:
universal device for measuring wind speed. Easy to install and control, this is an excellent and elegant system for protecting your awning; when the wind exceeds a set
threshold it closes/rewinds your awning. This sensor consists of a fixed part (casing containing electronics on a special support) and a mobile part (rotating axis with 3 blades). The device
should be installed in a place where the wind can be measured and not therefore behind walls or other protections. To fit the sensor, secure the retention plate using the 4 screws and wall
anchors, and then fasten the anemometer by sliding it in the special guide. Finally. Connect up to the MINI TS or MINI TS 2nd edition unit.
The sensor is supplied with two-pole shielded cable: one
white pole or braiding
for connecting up the positive power voltage lead (

ANEMOMETER WITH CREPUSCULAR SENSOR:
same as above as regards reading of wind force, this unit also features a sensor for reading ambient light.
The light intensity read by the sensor is translated into an analogue signal in current (4…20mA) proportionately to the read value (4mA = dark, 20mA = bright light). The device is supplied
with a 4-pole cable: two for the light sensor and two for the wind sensor, according to the following colours:

When wiring up, keep to the diagram shown in the MINI TS or MINI TS 2nd or MINI TS SV 2nd edition edition unit instructions.
CREPUSCULAR SENSOR:
sensor for reading ambient light. To be connected to the MINI TS or MINI TS 2nd edition unit. It opens the awning in the presence of sunlight. This device
must not be shaded by lean-tos, balconies, etc., otherwise it is unable to read the intensity of the sunlight. Cable connection (Also see connection diagrams):
Terminal 1 = + Power supply, connect to
terminal 8
of the

unit or to
terminal 1
of the
MINI TS 2nd edition
unit
Terminal 2 = Signal output, connect to
terminal 9
of the

BE CAREFUL NOT TO REVERSE THE POLES !!
When wiring up, keep to the diagram shown in the MINI TS or MINI TS 2nd edition unit instructions.
RAIN SENSOR:
universal device for reading rain intensity and signalling this to the MINI TS or MINI TS 2nd edition unit.
The output signal is of the ON/OFF type in current (ON = rain = 20mA, OFF = no rain = 10mA) The switchover lever can be set by the skilled personnel (installer) by means of an
adjustment trimmer accessible by opening the plastic box. When making the setting consider:
a) With the trimmer set at maximum, output signal transition occurs with heavy rain.
b) With the trimmer set at minimum, the output transition signal occurs with lighter rain.
The sensor also features an internal heater that can be powered separately and which is useful during the winter to prevent the formation of ice on the sensitive part of the device, thus
jeopardising correct operation. Connections:
Terminals 1 and 2 = Connect to external power supply 12-24 V dc/ac - 2W
Terminal 3
= Power supply, connect to
