First, thread two Bolts

to secure the upper unit.
Next, assemble each Back Side Ramp Support
Tube

to Front Side Ramp Support Tube

using Philips Round Head Bolts

as shown in

Attach assembled Support Tubes to both sides of
the frame on the top hole as shown using Bolts

with Flat Washers

and Nut

Attach Support Tube at the front of the unit in top
hole as shown in
FIGURE 9
